• Make a booking — name, email address, phone number, service address (Brackenfell), selected service, and appointment date/time.
• Make a payment — payment is processed entirely by PayFast. We do not receive, see, or store your card details or banking credentials.
• Send a contact form message — name, email address, and message content.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 — POPIA) and we do not collect information from children under 18.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Confirm and manage your booking
• Contact you regarding your appointment (reminders, changes, cancellations)
• Process your payment via PayFast
• Respond to your contact form enquiries

We do not use your personal information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. A session cookie may be set by Cloudflare for security purposes (bot detection) — this contains no personal information and expires when your browser session ends.

Because we do not use tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under POPIA or applicable regulations. If we change this in the future, this policy will be updated and a banner will be displayed.

Booking records are retained for 12 months for administrative and dispute purposes, then deleted. Contact form messages are retained for 6 months. Payment transaction records are retained as required by South African tax law (5 years).
