Each slot is up to 2 hours. Simpler packages (Wash & Dry) typically take 60–90 minutes. The Ultimate Care package uses the full window. We never rush — the process takes as long as it needs to do it right.

We need access to your outdoor water tap and a 220V plug point. As long as access is arranged — gate left open, tap accessible — you don't need to be present. We'll send a completion message when we're done.

Light rain doesn't affect the wash process. Heavy rain or thunderstorms may require rescheduling. If weather forces a cancellation on our side, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no cost.

A R150 carwash applies friction to paint that hasn't been chemically decontaminated — every particle of grit that wasn't removed first gets dragged across your clear coat.
